This Outer Sunset residence is home to a surf-loving professional couple. We increased their livable space by removing the entire rear facade and extending the 3 story footprint over a new foundation. This added substantial interior floor space, opened the kitchen into the dining area and added interior access to the lower level. For the Master bedroom, a new generously vaulted ceiling was constructed with an adjoining deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
